Over four immersive days in the Algarve, your retreat begins long before you arrive. In the weeks prior, we’ll collaborate closely with your group , listening to what you are moving toward together, and what each person is individually carrying, seeking, and ready to transform. From this, we create the guided ceremony, the somatic practices, and the integration work that will hold you.
